I know what you are going through.  Unfortunately, the kitten is looking at
you as her mother and the reflex to knead the mother's stomach when nursing
is still there.  You need to keep the claws trimmed and to discipline her
when she kneads or uses the claws.  A tap on the nose or a swat on the flank
with "No" in a stern tone of voice will start the training.  As always when
you are training an animal you must do it hard enough to get the point
across, but not hurt the animal.  Be consistent and eventually the kitten
will get to the point where just saying "No" in a stern voice will deter
her.  It has worked on our two cats.
