Pot cheese. Yes. There have been recipies posted here in the past. As a
matter of fact, one of the easiest pot cheeses I make was one that was
posted here by -I think- Phillipa. Basically a mixture of cottage cheese
and ricotta with fresh herbs added. Some folks make it in a mold and then
un-mold it onto a plate. Some folks just make it in a ceramic pot or bowl
and serve from there.
