[Sca-cooks] more on drinking water in the Middle Ages

When we were in Venice, the guides at the Ducal Palace made the point that
Venice was very proud of its extensive well system and its good drinking
water, to the point that polluting the water supply was one of six crimes
carrying the death penalty.
