SC - yogurt Cheese 101?

I've always done it with fat free yogurt, and it's worked just fine for
me....it'd be interesting, though, to do a small batch of each and
compare/contrast them, too <g>
- --maire, who's also used the plain yogurt cheese in cheesecake, so
there's a sweet....
