I have been talking with Olwen about marzipan and she was saying that equal parts of almond paste and xxxxx sugar, or grind the almonds with rose water adn add xxxxx sugar, so i was thinking that using almond flour and rosewater and then XXXXX sugar might work? for making marzipan?
i found this great sight that has almond flour for 25# for 68 bucks
