[SCA-Cooks] Turkey Leftovers

Artemesia asked for suggestions.

Well, since I really like turkey, there are the usual sandwiches and such.

This is also the opportunity to pull out my older cookbooks and look for recipes like Turkey Divan and Turkey a la King and all the old-fashioned things that require you to start with two cups of cooked bird meat bits.

Of course, you can do fancy things, such as mushrooms in a wine-butter-herb sauce and add the cubed turkey.

Turkey curry.  Turkey hash.  Turkey with the fried-bread-raisin sauce from 15th Century.

And when you're down to bones and bits, I love a nice turkey-vegetable soup!
