Well actually that is not right, a leading Astronomer debunked that as
folklore, it is the 4th full moon in a quarter.
Blue moon can never happen in February, and quite often when they do happen
in early Winter February will have no Full moon.

Blue Moon's happen all the time, this was the last full Moon on or near
Halloween for quite sometime.
And call them what they are Pagans. It is what they like to be known as or
Witches. Jews and Moslems are Non-Christians and don't care about the moon
on Halloween.

Hope it isn't Mumps, Adult Mumps can be quite annoying I hear.
