Just a hint---
I think this is a great idea.
I'd probably order the spices in large quanities
from Penzys so that they would be really fresh
and of high quality. Then rebag them myself.

You might want to also include the spice mixture
recipes from various places like Barbara Wheaton's
French ones and the ones in Scully.
