Well, I have finally been able to cook and serve out my first feast!  The process was quite a learning experience and one that I would not miss lightly.  The process taught me a great deal especially about support and help.  After three pre-cooks, the event went of exactly on time with the first course served just when it was supposed to be, thanks to a really outstanding help from a number of people.  For those interested, the menu was:

Dayboard
Cockaleekie soup, cheeses, fruits and a dynamite garlic dip served with raw calliflower.  (the creation of Mistress Rose)

First course
Polish Hunters stew, sweet and sour cabbage, kasha and fresh baked pumpernickle bread.

Second course
Roast pork loin with rosemary and garlic (another fantastic effort by Rose), savory toasted cheese over broccoli, and apple rapeye served with white breads

Third course
Spiced roast chicken with currants and apples pie, buttered leeks and mushrooms with rosemary, and blancmange.

Dessert course
Cuskinoles, digby cakes and honey mousse tortlets.

I can assure all that no one went away hungry and it looks like it was successful.

I know that there are members of both my Barony and others that were at the feast and were a big help both directly and indirectly and to them I owe a great deal of thanks.  Today I recovered and had a ball, last night I slep the sleep of the dead after clean up!
