[Sca-cooks] Candied orange peel?

Yes, but I've never been that impressed with the store-bought stuff.
Some just seem to grind up the peel, mix it with orange juice and
suger. Maybe there is some commercial outfit that actually repeatedly
dips the peels in sugar syrup, but I've not found one. I think I've
had some where the peel was actually evident, but it wasn't as good
as the homemade, multiplely dipped stuff.
