Not a Harry Potter fan, eh?  Professor Snape asks Harry where he would find a
bezoar during Harry's first potions class (as a way of taking the "new
celebrity" down a notch).  The answer is that it is a stone found in the
stomach of a goat, and will protect you from most poisons.  That's the period
answer, by the way.  So I guess it's effectively a goat's gallstone.
