Baked apples

Take pie apples, wash them, core them, add a
tablespoon of butter, a teaspoon of brown sugar,
and a dash of ground cinnamon in the hole.  Bake
at 350 degrees F for about 45 minutes or until
they are tender all the way through.  Serve hot.
