[Sca-cooks] Post snipping?

I seem to be getting a lot of  responses to responses, and while the
messages come through clearly I do end up having my digests filled with tag
lines like the following,
Could folks just trim it up a bit?  I'm really enjoying the convesations,
and just want more real stuff in every digest :-)
