Sorry, this is Ox Roast seasoning. A spice
mix by the Sonoma Cheese Factory. It consists
of salt, coarse pepper, paprika, hickory smoke
flavor, curry powder, oregano, parsley flakes,
herbs and spices according to the label.

It's wonderful on steaks and just as a general
throw-on for various savory foods.
