Push out with your fingers.  I just made a post on how to do this.  If it
doesn't make sense I can photograph the steps and post them.  No, the  pig
was made out of shrimp...just kidding.  The shrimp were made out of marzipan
and we had everyone believing that the shortbread cookies were actually
shrimp!  No, that is Lady Julianna with Mikey.  No they aren't related.
