[Sca-cooks] What class would you teach/take?

I don't know. I haven't had enough of them to be able to decide which
I'd like better than others. While Calontir's a wonderful place for
cooks, for some odd reason the idea of varying the drinks served hasn't
been all that widespread; and I haven't attended any brewers & vintners
meetings to taste there, either.
And I certainly don't brew up hyprocas at home for a serving of 1. . . <grin>

(Although if it needs sweetening, I suppose I could always bring spenda
or Sweet&low or some such.)
