[Sca-cooks] parkin and lambs in apples

Actually a bit warmer than average for this time of year--in the low 70s
in the day, dipping down to 40ish at night. No good, hard frost yet,
which is really weird....

OFC: The extended growing season's _definitely_ great for gardens,
though....I'm off to our local farmers' market this
Saturday....eggplants, and tomatoes, and basil, and
squashes....yummm....hmmmm....what to cook.....
