To dye authentically with Woad
1)pick woad leaves and add to stale urine traditionally from a prepubescent
red headed boy.
2) mix in bran add wool if thats what you are dying
3) seal andkeep warm by fire for 3-6 WEEKS
4) Open WELL away from dwelling
5) expose wool to air or mix air into the liquid and use as paint/ skin
paint
IT stains EVERYTHING IT TOUCHES
it works 50% of the time as long as the pot is sealed. The process is
anarobic.
