Cripes.  I was in heaven!  I bought some pickled garlic that I will be
taking to Crusades (by the way all, I have a ride with Chirhart and will be
there so look for me!).  I got the eel I went there for, I poked stuff and
smelled stuff and asked folks what to do with some of the stuff.  There was
one long smooth greenish thing that smelled like a melon but was on the
island that seemed to contain "soup ingredients".  I asked this one nice
asian woman what it was and she said "do you want to know what it is or what
to do with it?"  I said what to do with it.  She said "Make soap with it.
Peel it, take out seed(s) chop, put with meat; make soap."  I gathered it
really was a soup ingredient.  Cann't wait to go back!
