[Sca-cooks] OOP: Frying pan opinions?

I always got good results with the copper bottom Reverewear pans.. just
don't miss the edge of the counter when setting them down in a hurry. I
ended up putting a crease in the middle of one of them when trying to set
the pan on the counter and get across the room to stop child from proving
just how childproof my house actually wasn't.
