	Surely you jest!  Friendly Herald in Portland!  All know that Heralds are
surly sorts keeping to their caves and books, intent upon destroying the
most tasteful collage of Red, Black and Purple, and sending submitters home,
illusions destroyed! ;-)  Who is this aberration?

Who has memories of five (at least) of a Pennsic where f the senior Heralds
of the East, Middle, Atlantia, Calontir (or that area) and Drachenwald
hunting down defenseless Royalty in the middle of the evening, surrounding
them, and singing the infamous "Friendly Local Herald Song" to them.

They're not on this list, but my Laurel and her husband are nice people
who live in Olympia, and there's at least one friendly herald in
Portland. And there are several Calontir expatriates in Seattle:
Cire and Elisabeth, Terras and Tamara, for example. . .
