All the King's Cooks is a great book for
anyone into Tudor-Elizabethan foods and
cookery. Lots of great pictures, b/w drawings,
bibliography, footnotes...by Peter Brears
who has contributed to both the Leeds
Conference papers and to A Taste of History
as well as authoring several books of his own.
