[Sca-cooks] Sperm Whales

The sperm whale is so named because of the large quantity of spermaceti, a
white, waxy substance comprised of esters of fatty acids, found in its head.
Spermaceti can be found in other cetaceans.  Spermaceti derives from the
Latin "sperma" (semen) and "cestus" (whale).
