I know that several of you have expressed interest in attending the
January conference on European Cooking from Rome to the Renaissance.
Just a friendly reminder that the membership rates go up on 10
September.  (Of course, personally, I would -much- rather see you pay
the higher rates, but I suppose that's fairly selfish of me...)
