Greetings All,
                I am looking for a copy of To the Queens Taste
  at a reasonable cost.the best price I have found so far is
   $50 and thats a bit pricey for me right now.if a copy of the book
is'nt obtainable,I am willing to pay copying costs and such for a
  cover to cover copy of the book.Any help in this matter is much
appreciated.
