[Sca-cooks] Broad beans

    Gentle Cousins;

          Vicia faba is the latin name for 'broad' beans.  Does anyone
know what you would look for in the grocery store (in the US) that is a
broad bean?  Is there another common name that it is marketed as, I mean.
