[Sca-cooks] Lammas feast

The weekend before last I was Head cook for our Shire's annual Lammas
Festival, which is a series of workshops, both martial and A&S, a feast and
revel. This year we had 14 workshops and 60 people, which was brilliant,
being almost twice as many as last year. The workshops were very interesting
also, and I even managed to attend half of the silversmithing one. Having
cooked for the last 4 out of 5 Lammas' however, I have sworn that next year,
I really am NOT cooking! <sm>

Anyway, the whole feast was redacted from "Forme of Cury" and I have put the
