A Cooks Symposium on
December 1, 2001.

Join us for a day of good company, learning and eating!
Classes for beginners and advanced cooks.
Discussions on the art of cooking in the medieval style, modern
issues such as food safety and networking with other cooks.
People interested in teaching, please contact the Steward below.

 Merchants of cookery related goods: Limited merchant tables
available for donation of raffle items. Contact Event Steward.
Raffles will be done for various cookbooks and cooking related items.
