[Sca-cooks] ghee

Interesting enough, while I was exploring a mediterranean deli/store near
my home today, I saw large cans (1 gallon?) of ghee for sale. Not
knowing
what I would do with that much ghee and figuring it would be easy to
make
when I needed some, I didn't buy any. But it is interesting to know
that it is available that way.

However, I did get three bottles of rose water, some black salt,
green and pink peppercorns in brine or vinegar, soup mixes and
sesame oil.
