Good My Lady Olga:
Well met and welcome to the list! I've heard of you from Lady Artemesia, Master
Hroar's new long-distance apprentice who took service at Pennsic.
Olga or Brighid, Miladies Peachy, tell me how to USE a ceramic mold once it is
made? We are trying to make marzipan in molds but they keep sticking horribly. Are
the molds glazed or unglazed? Layer of oil, sugar, flour, something else arcane?
The recipe is working very well, red sandalwood lends a good pinkness without
flavoring the marzipan too "woodsy."
