Justin Wilson was a witty raconteur, who added to his humor by using the
patois of the bayous.  People would watch just to hear the stories.  You
might not care for his cooking or his humor, but, if you did, he was
entertaining.

Emeril Lagasse's contribution to the art of humor consists of "Bam!"
