It's a border town and they've closed the bridges.  (They let all the
traffic off first.)  The Robert Moses Parkway is closed near the Power
Authority.  Of course the airports are closed.  I'm sure Niagara Falls
AFB is tight.  The gov't blds are closed.  I work for a bank; they sent
us home at 1pm, probably due to the financial line snarls and general
tension.
