[Sca-cooks] Sekunjabin question

I didn't use white wine _or_ cider vinegar in mine...I used champagne
vinegar (happened to have it in the house).  Worked very nicely--it
seems to have a less harsh taste than other vinegars.  Got it at this
wonderful local import store run by an old Italian gentleman....
