Well, I was thinking of asking Adamantius to look that up for NY.  I like
Elizabeth's idea of having them hand delivered.  I'm still thinking of
asking Adamantius for assistance or a pointer to a messenger.  Between folks
down DC way, I think we can find a messenger can't we Boroghul?
