I, being from Pennsylvania, always considered New York to be New
England, too.  But, my dear husband who hails from upstate NY assures me
that it is not.  Go figure.

Yay!  Winter :)  Time for cookies and pierogies and stews and apple
cider.  Ain't nothing better than a roaring fire, a warm cat and comfort
food.
