No tornadoes. No earthquakes or hurricanes. No sales tax.

Also, no people, and no culture to speak of.

(I can say that! I live 10 miles from even a tiny town: one grocery store,
no liquor store, no movie theater, and the stoplight (singular, not plural)
is one of them high-falutin' modern blinking lights.)
