Losyns.  Following your recipe, in fact :-)  Admittedly, I sometimes (like
last night) will substitute macaroni or other pasta so as not to have to mess
with the laying out the layer stuff.  Pasta, mozzarella, powder douce.  Can't
go wrong there.
