Uh Olwen, if avocado honey is made like clover honey and other
such honeys, it is not a manufactured product like say flavored
olive oil or vinegar.

The name means that the honey primarily comes from honey that the
bees made from getting the nectar from avocado plants when they
were in bloom.

I can just imagine soaking avocados in honey. blech. But then I
don't like avocados or that green, squishy stuff made from them.

Choosing a particular type of honey can make a substantial amount
of taste differance in things like meads. However, I'm usually cheap
and just get the generic honey.
