My first was Moon is a Harsh Mistress, and is still my absolute favorite. In
one of those 'if you could only take' deals for books, that is still the
only one by RAH I would take. My first computer was named Mike because of
that.

I got into Holst through reading Stranger in a Strange Land - and now have 3
or 4 different versions, including an entirely synthesized version by Isao
Tomita. Regular or Japanese, one of my favorite modern pieces.
