[Sca-cooks] Use of Stale Bread

Hi All!

We have a contest coming up here in our Barony for "best use of stale bread"
and I realize there are TONS of recipes out there.  Would love to hear what
you all would suggest to make.  A recipe using trenchers I wouldn't mind
seeing just in general, but others are VERY welcome.
