Sheesh!
Off the top of my head?
Well, letsee -
in the last 2 weeks -
David Drake: Honor Harrington series - Ashes of Honor, Honor of the Queen,
Echos of Honor, Flag in Exile and On Basilisk Station.
Lois Bujold: Diplomatic Immunity, A Civil Campaign, Cetaganda, Shards of
Honor, Komarr, Memory, Mirror Dance, Vor Game and Curse of Chalion.
Bill Fitzhugh: CrossDressing, Pest Control and Organ Grinders.
Tom Holt: Who's afraid of Beowolf

Buell - Soup for the Qan. You neede a drool bucket - if you like lamb, there
are some very interesting combinations of ingredients that I desperately
want to try.
Chaucer - Pocket Chaucer. Nothing, it is already in modern english - but not
abridged or expurgated.
Anonymous - Beowulf - modern translation, great illos.
Herodotus - Penguin trans by Marincola
Pliny - Natural History, Penguin trans by Healy

The reason for all of the sf? Well, I have them as e-books and I can lurk
them onscreen at work and read between tasks...except for the Fitzhugh,
which are living in the bathroom and living room and I read those when I am
sitting around the house ;-)

the quote starts here:
>It is time for me to cram my head with more knowledge.
> >I want to know what folks have been reading lately (ISBNs are nice) and
> what I would need to go along with it.
