[Sca-cooks] Mongolian BBQ/firepot

The local Mongolian BBQ here in Columbus, Ohio is BD's Mongolian BBQ. buffet
style, large flat 6-foot diameter cooking surface.

I have a mongolian firepot. The opening is too small to put a sterno can in,
but I've put charcoal in it (Cooking outside of course). Start the charcoal
first in a separate container like a coffee can then transfer the briquettes to
the firepot once the coals are ready. You don't need much charcoal, depending
on the size of the firepot, you can use less than 10 briquettes.

Also, please have a fireproof surface underneath like a concrete block,
otherwise it will scorch or melt the table.
