[Sca-cooks] Birthday that wasnt

A number of problems: traditional cakes are leavened, are not made with
potato flour or matzoh meal, and my MIL is, um, not the world's most
accomplished baker. Also, I have never found a K for P white chocolate.

What I want is a lemon torte of many thin layers filled with white
chocolate mousse, lemon curd, and raspberry mousse, but it will have to
wait until fresh raspberries no longer require a second mortgage to
acquire. The mousse itself uses frozen, but I want to scatter fresh in
amongst the other two fillings.
