Reminds me of one of Riders in the Sky's routines ('Circus Train' for fans)
where the boys are counting off the animals that got off the wrecked train,
and Ranger Doug is saying NO to all of them. Till Too Slim says sotto voce
"Plenty of crab lice-" and Doug immediately comes back with a forceful "Not
on MY ranch!" I was a little surprised that they got away with it.
