Go right ahead. Just keep in mind that most marzipan
is too sweet for my tastes because people seem to
think that if a little sugar is good, a lot is better,
and the commercial marzipans seem to have a burned
taste, which emphasizes the less favorable almond
flavors, and minimizes the good ones....
