No.  Oklahoma was part of the Louisiana Purchase as was most of Colorado.
The border then as today was the Red River.  The Llano Estacado includes
much of the Texas and Oklahoma Panhandles and New Mexico to the Canadian
Escarpment was owned by the Comanche and was only surveyed out late in the
19th Century.

The rest of Colorado was vaguely unclaimed territory under the control of
New Mexico, which was a Mexican province established long before Texas.  As
more than one New Mexican governor lamented, "Poor New Mexico.  So far from
heaven, so close to Texas."
