[Sca-cooks] oop - help with cinco de mayo recipes

Our next cooks guild meeting is themed Cinco de Mayo.  Any period recipes
that are Spanish flavor out there??
Now I have to think up a new soletie for the gathering.  Did the spanish fly
last year.
