[Sca-cooks] Fwd: mystery vegetable

I have no idea, but that is a cool site! There is a section on medieval
gastronomy! (OK, it's in French... I can at least muddle through. But
lots of pictures!)

Mushrooms? They are round and brown...  wild guess, I admit.
