[Sca-cooks] It's quiet in here

This describes also the snow in Northern Ansteorra, when it actually
SNOWS........mostly we get sleet and ice, and slush, and nasty
do-damage-to-your-carriage weather. (Or in my case, make my bright red car,
a bright red TARGET for idiotic teenagers who shouldn't be out in the
stuff.......sheesh!)
