Two Fifteenth Century Cookery Books is the name of the volume.  It consists
of transcripts of two manuscripts from the Harleian collection, MSS 279 &
4017 usually with Ashmole MS 1439.  IIRC, originally editted by Thomas
Austin for the Old English Text Society in the 19th Century.

These are some of the manuscripts used by Cindy Renfrow in preparing Take A
Thousand Eggs Or More.

$35 ppd.  represents about a 25% discount for slightly damaged merchandise.
